Recruitment policies
Our recruitment process includes three stages:
- Short listing the applicants just by analysing the CV
- First interview with resident partner.
- Second interview with principal partner.
We look for a candidate with a proper qualifications, who has the proper skills and determination to work with us. Candidate must have flexibility to enable him/her to go to client’s workplace etc. During the recruitment process we do not only look for candidates’ skills and technical knowledge but also for presentation, character and ability to communicate with others around him.
